THE WEATHERMAN WAS WRONG
If Weathermen were evaluated on how correct they are, we'd have no permanent Weathermen. They are always wrong. Yet we are going to do the same nonsensical notion with teachers? We cannot control the weather, nor can we control society and its lies to its children. How would you evaluate a Weatherman's job performance if it depended on accuracy. Who would even take that job? Welcome to public school. We need to survive first before we can evaluate based on test scores.
